HI

I created My world land and it showed 15000 prims instead 60000 prims how i restart to make it 60000 prims??

Also in access list in land settings the allow people list is greyed out??

If so, please open the Objects tab of About Land (Parcel Details in the Worlds menu of your viewer). It currently shows:
"
Region capacity: 531 out of 60000 (59469 available)
Parcel capacity: 60000
Parcel land impact: 531
"

Where exactly did you see 15000 prims?

There are multiple places access can be set for different things. Are you trying to restrict access to your world so that only some people will be able to enter it or do you wish to ensure everyone will be able to do so?

It said that on viewer showing that total 15000 but then i logged on today and then it show now 60000 prims and it kinda strange.

Were you using a different viewer? (or different viewer version)
