can't stay logged in

Post by Arnie Berg »

Hi I.T. guys.. I was wondering if anyone else is having staying connected issues. I log in and can only be logged in for 4 to 5 minutes at the most. I tried a different viewer, thinking that the viewer was having issues, but the other viewer does the same thing. Now I know it's either something to do with the server or something along those lines. Anyone?

Hi Arnie,

Please check your viewer packet loss. What values are you seeing?

What type of Internet connection does your local network use? (cable, fiber, DSL, satellite, etc...)

Heavy rain can definitely hurt your 5G connection to your ISP. See: https://www.cnet.com/home/internet/how- ... -internet/
