Hi Gregg,

We haven't changed anything on our end. The viewer version that you're using is very old so I recommend you upgrade to the latest version, clear both your viewer cache and viewer inventory cache, restart your viewer and try again.

Thanks , yes, it's an old version I've loved for years because it is thin yet does everything I need lol sad I'll have to change lol

I have an update.... I use such an old version of singularity because I have hundreds if not thousand's of sculpty creations I am overtime trying to mesh.
this old version of Singularity seems to deal with them the most efficiently...

I tried to reinstall over it to fix it but that didn't work...
I completely uninstalled and installed of new version of the old outdated Singularity and that worked my chat and groups were back...

fyi this was in no means a Kitely issue... the viewer behaved the same in sl and all other grids...
using my old it brain the only changes i can thin of was windows defender found something it called a virus and wacked it like a wacka mole and this most likely what broke me...
