I created a new avatar for a rp family I am part of in SL. It took some doing to create the account and now I find myself unable to authenticate it, tho I did request a new password from the website. Not sure what I have done wrong, thanks

Hi Lisa,
You created 3 Kitely accounts using the same name. The first with a typo in your email address, the second with a different email address from the one you used to post in the forums and the last that you used now. I've deleted your first two accounts and renamed your remaining one so your avatar will have the same name as your account name. Please go to https://www.kitely.com/settings and see your login details.
