No location is given for the Singularity viewer since it can not be started with the Kitely Plugin according to the viewer. Firestorm Beta starts fine with the plugin. I did also try starting Singularity a few times manually, but got the same error message I gave you earlier, every time.

In order for the viewer to work with Kitely plugin the viewer must support all the command line parameters that are needed to configure both loginURI and username/password.

I was logging on with Singularity before I did a clean install tonight. I was doing it manually, but I can not even log on manually now. And according to your site, Singularity is not supported by the viewer, which is why I did not try to log on with it, until you asked me to. I'm a bit confused.

Please press the help icon next to the "Use Kitely Plugin to launch the viewer automatically" checkbox to see a list of all the viewers Kitely Plugin currently supports.

I apologize if I confused you, Singularity isn't one of them.

Have you tried other viewers in that list? (other than Singularity, Firestorm and Imprudence)

The only one that showed up in my option drop down box after I checked the Kitely Plugin option was Imprudence. There were no other options in the drop down box. But like I said, I can log in with Firestorm Beta anyway with the plugin. Will check the lag issues you mentioned.

Hi Miriam,

The Firestorm beta viewer has a different file name from the one the plugin looks for so it can't detect it. Please see the list of viewers and where the plugin looks for them here: http://www.kitely.com/startviewers
