My young friend is a red cloud. Sometimes.

I have a young friend who likes to build on my land. We both use firestorm, she on a mac, me on a PC, though today she came in on my PC. The first few times she came inworld everything was fine. Then, starting last Monday, she has seen herself as a red cloud. I sometimes see her av and sometimes see the red cloud. Both of us can always see my av, no matter which computer we use.

I have had her rebake, change avatars, change clothes, go in and out of appearance, clear casche, reboot her mac, reboot my PC. Sometimes inventory says she is not wearing her av; sometimes it says she is. Either way, she is a cloud.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

It's nearly always a skin, hair base, or shape. Change to different ones usually fixes it.

Will try all of the above suggestions in order next time my young firnd is inworld when I am in the same room with her. She is young enough to get WAY frustrated when things don't work really fast.
