Hi Clementine,

Did you install the viewer in a different directory from the one it recommends when you ran its installer?

I want to make sure you don't encounter any setup problems so please follow all these steps:

1) Close all OpenSim and Second Life viewers you have open.

2) Uninstall all versions of Firestorm from your system.

3) Restart your computer and don't open any OpenSim or Second Life viewers.

4) Download the OpenSim-compatible version of Firestorm from here: http://www.kitely.com/file?type=viewer

5) Install the viewer you downloaded in step 2 into the default directory it recommends. If Firestorm opens after the installation completes then close it.

6) Go to the Settings page of your Kitely account and verify that the "Use Kitely Plugin to launch the viewer automatically" option is enabled and that the "Select viewer" option is set to Firefox: http://www.kitely.com/settings

5) Go to the Kitely Plaza world page and press it's "Enter World" button: http://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Ila ... tely-Plaza

Once you finish step 5 your viewer should start automatically and log you into Kitely. Please let me know whether it did that.
