hi I have had this account for awhile now - but every time I try to log in no good - I get your screen up -(Using Singularity) - i set and reset my password - clear my cashe both areas but - no luck would love to get in and see about your world

Hi Jeri,

Please go to this world page and press the Enter World button: https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Il ... ome-Center

This will open a Start Viewer dialog. In that dialog, click the Change password link to change your viewer login password (it may be different from your website login password).

Once that's done make sure you follow the instructions here: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/displ ... ual+Worlds

NO luck - from what I understood - I needed to add my viewer to my firewall for non-block - Check did that
I changed my password - Check did that
Your Kitely screen comes up on my viewer (Singularity) - so apparently I did that RIght

I cleared cashe many times

i went to the web site picke dthe place I wanted to go Universal Campus - NO GO!!!

SO once again what a yr - still unable to enter

What is the exact error message you are getting in the viewer?
