Kokua Viewer 4.0.1 quick fix available for download

After the release of Kokua 4.0.1 a bug in RLV surfaced and Marine Kelly quickly fixed it with the 2.9.16.1 update.

We have built new test versions that includes this fix, in addition to adding a choice to stop the PageUP and PageDown buttons to make the avatar jump.
We have also fixed a condition that could potentially reset the camera when seated, updated some of the open source libraries and fixed other bugs.

We have identified a potential problem with the Windows version where the My Suitcase folder is not being populated on some grids including Kitely. The Linux and Mac versions does not have this issue. If you see this issue, please let us know so we understand the extent of it.
