Problem with llcceflib_host processes

Problem with llcceflib_host processes
******************
Background
From Firestorm jira

"When running the viewer my process list accumulates 3 digit numbers of llcceflib_host processes that persist even after the viewer has been shut down. This has happened for a while with versions 4.7.6 and 4.7.7. The sheer number of processes causes hight CPU load eventually."

Ada Radius ran into this problem. My suggested solutions (for Windows):
1. Make a habit of turning off your computer once a day (say overnight)-- good general practice for Windows.
2. If you still have problems (unlikely), uncheck "allow media to autoplay in Sounds & Media panel, Media tab.

Is this right and are there other recommendations?
