Posting to Social Media from Firestorm

I can only currently get Firestorm to successfully post to my Flickr photostream, and it defaults all posts there to private. The viewer is unable to establish connections to Facebook or Twitter. I'd appreciate some feedback from people about how to fix this. Thanks.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this depends on some backend server activity in SL so not likely to work here. I stand to be corrected (and hence the query re Kokua in another thread). If it's deadwood it should really be removed.
