What other devices are connected to your home network? Are they streaming (downloading and/or uploading) or running file sharing programs (such as BitTorrent) while you're experiencing these issues?

Have you tried restarting your router and seeing whether that helps?

Hi, I have this problem too now.
I even uninstalled the Firestorm Opensim viewer and installed the brand new version today, and still even after several attempts, I always get stuck at "loading world" . Router is ok, I checked. I can access SL just fine with my SL viewer. Tested that to see if it is my internet.
My computer is also quite high end for a laptop with good graphic card and 16 gig ram, 500 gig SSD.
One strange thing happened earlier, when I tried to login through the website, it said I am already logged in and if I wanted to disconnect. I did that, then tried to login again a few minutes later, same problem. I am trying to log into the merchant sandbox currently. If there is a better place to try it, let me know.
I am now officially out of ideas and could use help please

Hi Alice,

Please start Firestorm, click the Kitely Welcome Center link in the viewer login page then press the viewer's Login button.

Did that work for you?

Thank you Ilan, I have done as you said, started my viewer, clicked to "Enter" the world through the welcome center page, but it only gave me the link to download the exact same viewer with exact same version yet again. Did not take me any place inworld or change anything in my viewer. I tried to login by typing Kitely Welcome Center in the viewer as sim name, tried to login, but keep getting stuck at "loading world" again.
Edit: I also tried to click on the welcome center picture inside the viewer, then on login, still keep getting stuck at the same point.

Hi Alice,

Please follow my exact instructions:

First uninstall the Firestorm version you have now and restart your computer.

Next, download and install the Firestorm viewer we provide on this page: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/space ... ual+Worlds

Now open that viewer and make sure the Kitely grid is selected and that your Kitely user name and password are entered properly (also enable the remember password checkbox). If you've done so you should see the following page inside the viewer: http://www.kitely.com/viewer_login

In that page inside the viewer there is a link with the title "Kitely Welcome Center", please click that link then press the Login button inside the viewer.

Ok just did it again, exactly in that order. Still get stuck at "loading world".
Is there anything else I could try?

I saw you inworld a few times in the Kitely Welcome Center and you didn't reply to my IMs so I'm now thinking you have an outfit issue that is preventing your viewer from showing you you've successfully logged in. The way to fix it is to delete your current outfit. Would you like me to do so for you? (If I do so you'll appear as a cloud when you next login and will need to wear some other avatar and outfit)

Yes please, Ilan, whatever works! I have not seen anything of the world since this problem occured. The website told me a few times that I was logged in and asked if I wanted to disconnect. But the viewer always showed me "loading world..." with black background, and got stuck there.

Hi Alice,

As per your request, we've deleted your current outfit. Please try logging into the Kitely Welcome Center again now using the aforementioned viewer-based method.
