Repeating Login Issues

Sometimes for hours, I cannot log into our sim on Kitely. The system or the browser, I don´t know which, tells me I am in the process of logging in, which I am not. I have waited the recommended 10 minutes and many times I wait much longer because I lose interest in logging in or get busy with something else.
Is it because I have moved from the USA to the Netherlands? I do not know.
Kinda makes it not so much fun when for days on end, hour after hour, something hangs up the login.
This used to happen occasionally when I lived in the USA, but since moving to the Netherlands, it happens more and more often.
Ugh.
