SLURLs and HOPs

On our Kitely page: https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Sh ... g/Seanchai
It lists our HG Address as: grid.kitely.com:8002:Seanchai
If we put that address in the Map search box it brings up a picture with the slurl of our Seanchai homeworld, but the picture is actually of, and it TPs us to, EXPLORESeanchai instead.
Eventually the viewer even changes the entered address from grid.kitely.com:8002:Seanchai to EXPLORESeanchai
With the result that our visitors are all getting sent to the wrong venue.
Have tried variations with same results:
grid.kitely.com:8002/seanchai
grid.kitely.com:8002/Seanchai
grid.kitely.com:8002/SEANCHAI
Sometimes it does resolve to Seanchai, but then it lists two identical locations in the Find Box
This happens from anywhere, including Kitely Welcome Center, EXCEPT if I am standing on Seanchai homeworld then it sends me to the right place, well, usually. This began happening a few weeks ago it seems, with the first reported incident on Feb 27th.
So, it looks like something is "cross-linked" or something maybe?
Please note, EXPLORESeanchai is us too, and we're very proud of the region and would love people to visit, being our RL outreach to brick and mortar theatres in various RL locations.. but we don't want to send folks there when the show is elsewhere
