I am not experiencing the issue at the moment, but as Mike mentioned in the Kitely Community Meeting yesterday, numerous folks trying to attend the shows at Seanchai are running into this issue.

I think this is related to a relatively new feature in OpenSim that handles map lookup requests as a wildcard on both sides of the search term. For example, before if you searched 'Sandbox', only 'Sandbox*' would match, but now it should show 'Kitely Merchants Sandbox' as well as it matches '*Sandbox*'. I can only imagine this causing various issues with hypergrid lookups, so not sure whether this was a good idea at all.

We are planning to rebrand later this year from Seanchai Libary to Storylink Radio... but I'm terrified what will happen with renaming the region &/or creating a new region etc etc.. I completely trust that the Kitely Team will make it all come out right... but I'm still scared.. LoL.. and not wanting to make big change like this until after our October/Hallowe'en season.

Perhaps, after that, with the region having a completely different name, some of the weird TP issues will be resolved. Here's hopin'!

Hi Shandon,

When you wish to rename, use the option to rename the world in its Manage World dialog. This will also update the region name accordingly, but landmarks that people created previously using your existing name will break as nothing updates LMs when worlds, regions or parcels are renamed.
