Keeps losing my password

My viewer keeps losing my login and I cannot ever remember the password it generates for me - help please? Thanks!

Hi Laura,

If you type in an incorrect password then the viewer won't save your login information. Please go to our website, click the logout link at the top right side of the page then click the login link that will replace it to open the Login dialog. Inside that dialog click the forgot your password link to begin the password reset process.

Once that's done you'll be able to change your password to one of you own choosing on the Account Settings page. You can then use that password in the viewer (and make sure to check the remember my password checkmark before you login to ensure your viewer will remember it).

To repeat part of what Ilan said... in the case of the Viewer... be sure to click the "Remember Username" and "Remember Password" boxes to the right of the login area. Otherwise you'll have to re-enter it every time you log in.
