Hi, I seem to have the issue that whether it's prim builds or clothing and body parts they disappear from the inventory after I log out, any assistance greatly appreciated.

Hi Skipper,

I see your inventory Trash folder includes quite a few items. Is it possible that you inadvertently deleted the things you are looking for? That and people accidently dragging folders and moving them inside their inventory are the most common reasons people can't find items where they expect them to be.

Also, have you tried clearing your viewer inventory cache?

Thank for the quick response Ilan, I have refreshed the cash and relogged, and looking at the Inventory, every single folder appears empty. I do see a message that so many items are loading but nothing seems to appear. I am running this from behind a firewall so maybe need to speak with the admins.

If you're working from behind a firewall then that can definitely explain why you can't see your inventory. Please ask your Admin to set up firewall access as defined here: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/space ... ual+Worlds
