My profile is not working still  but strange my friend her new account the profile works, maybe this is database related but thought to mention it :)
Some might not care about a profile but it is very important related to my business and I know your working on it that's why its mentioned that on newer accounts it does work and for me my profile crashed while editing it then it never returned :(

My profile is working fine. My account is less than 2 months old, so I guess it still qualifies as "new".

Hi Rikku,

What viewer was your friend using when her profile worked and what viewer did you use when it didn't?

Thanks Ilan

Both same viewer Firestorm 4.5.1 plus Kokua, Stored inventory, Singularity was tried with same results, is it possible I can flush my avatar cache beyond the way you can now under preferences? this had happened before in the past before the migration to 7.6,

The only thing I did different then her was added symbols like these ッ ღ ‽ it was noticed I can only see my picks now while my profile continues to be stuck loading to forever not even access to load a profile picture but if symbols to a new pick ッ ღ ‽ the pick crash's so could this be due to symbols and how is the way to go about fixing this?

I reset a few fields in your profile in the database. They indeed seemed to contain unusual characters. Now I'm able to view the profile. It looks like OpenSim doesn't like non-English characters...
