Error message when trying to buy for 3rd Rock Delivery

Hi,

I've been trying to buy items on Kitely Market for delivery to my avatar (Merusha Nilsson) on 3rd Rock Grid. The 3rd Rock Grid address has been entered correctly. When I try to pay for my purchases with PayPal, it seems to do a check for my avatar on 3rd Rock since I keep getting a message saying that Kitely Market can't find my avatar on 3rd Rock. I've tried logging on to 3rd Rock and onto the 3rd Rock website and then tried to make the transaction. I still keep getting the error message. Can you help?
