Now I know why I did not receive item I purchased.
I did not check the shopping cart to make sure other AV was checked to deliver item to DigiWordz.

This is the first time I did not receive an order I paid for on the Kitely market place. I normally receive objects that are marked export into DigiWorldz.

Please see your order page, you ordered the item for delivery to your Kitely avatar not to your DigiWorldz one: https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000009508751
To have items delivered to another grid you have to set the Deliver To option in your Kitely Market shopping cart to "Other Avatar" instead of the default "My Kitely Avatar".
If you log into the Kitely grid with your Kitely username and password you'll be able to find the delivered items in your Kitely avatar's "# Kitely Market" inventory folder.

You created a Kitely account in order to purchase items from Kitely Market, that same username and password are also your Kitely grid login credentials. Your username is seaone Bunyip and your password is whatever you set it to be when you created your Ktiely account.
The item you bought is no-transfer so I can't send you a copy to another avatar without the merchant's permission. What we can do is for you to order the item again, this time making sure you enter the desired avatar and grid in the Deliver To area in the shopping cart. Then, once this second transaction goes through, we'll refund your first transaction so you won't have to pay for your mistake.
