How to delete account?

Hello

I don't use Kitely as much as I had thought I would - I still receive a lot of mails from them, WAY more than I do from LL when I had Second Life... Now I really want out so I can stop getting mails from Kitely... How do I delete my accounts?? I can't find it anywhere.

Hi Jake-- If you are getting event notices sent to email, you can go to your groups inworld, open the group information pages, and unclick "receive group notices." That way you can stop the emails from groups at least and not have to delete your account. That, I have no clue how to do. I am sure Ilan will see your note and respond soon. This is just one alternative.

If you wish us to delete your Kitely account then please send an email to our contact address from the email address with which you created your Kitely account.

Once we confirm your request, we'll delete your Kitely account and send you an email to let you know the account termination procedure has been completed.

will I be able to use that same email to start another account at a later date after I delete it.

Yes Yanesh, you can reuse an email that is no longer associated with a Kitely account with a different Kitely account.
