legal question concerning screen shots in Kitely

I am currently working with builders to create a living story. I would like to inquire, if I have permission from builders or use my own builds, can the screenshots that are taken in Kitely be used to illustrate physical book copies sold on Amazon?

Hi Salie,

We, Kitely, have no objection to you using your own screenshots in whatever way you wish, but we aren't the people you need to ask for permission. I'd recommend that you make sure that whatever you include in anything that you sell is properly licensed from the people who own the copyrights for it.

Thank you I am currently just doing concept builds, when I do the final I will make sure no opensim objects, except https://www.lindakellie.com/# and people I am working with. If anyone else knows if content creators in opensim have clear CCO licenses please let me know. A shout out to Kimm Star she is my inspiration and most content will be hers.

Perhaps we can do a well exposed thread where creators merchants ect can post permissions for screen shots movies ect so people can easily go look it up, only a fool would say no anyways in my humble opinion
As far as that goes, hey peoples I officially grant permissions for screen shots movies ect
Oh i just had another idea... maybe a check box when setting an item up on market place?
