Classified Event Ads Question..

Hi all,
Just soliciting opinions on using Classified Event Ads here in Kitely..
We've been running a weekly ad for over four years...
but no real way that I know of to gauge its' effectiveness.
It's a minimal cost, just over $1USD/month, but still those are KCs we could spend elsewhere.

Anyway..
Any opinions?
Does anyone else use Classified Event Ads?
Anybody look at the Classified Event Ads? (admittedly I myself do not)

hmmmm...
I see stuff about Market Ads, but not about Classified Event Ads added through the viewer...
i.e.
Avatar>Picks (to place ad)
and
Search>Classifieds (to view ad)

Does anyone here ever look at the Classified Event Ads when looking for an Event?

I still do. I'm not using them at the moment, as I just only re-opened up my land, but I will place a classified again, and I still always search classifieds first before searching 'place' or whatnot.

If people are paying for it, don't you think it would help sell it to give people data on performance?

I have used picks which are free.
It would be nice if the inworld User Profile Classifieds could be used to submit events to the kitely events calendar like people do in SL. It would resolve the problem of people deleting other peoples events that has been an occasional problem.

...take a peak how Sansar posts upcoming events... not ads but event
listings in the order they are received.... the goal is to bring traffic
and potential new creators... as a creator I do look at the ads, anything
that might interest me as a creator, build tools, scripts, and software
or events related to building... the main kitely page should have an
events subpage in the Go to... menu
