Redelivery of purchased items

Hello there,

I was looking at a solution within the forum in relation to redelivery of purchased items, however I could not see the option Batch redeliver or any other option that might help me redeliver the items I bought.

I am on osgrid and there has been some issues regarding the assets, so I lost most of my old assets in there. I would like to have the items I bought redelivered, is there a way? Should be to the same avatar and same grid.

Hi Josh,

I'm redelivering all the orders which you had previously purchased for your OSGrid avatar. Please log into OSGrid and click the links in the IMs our system sends you to complete the delivery process. Please note that delivery process is quite slow at the minute, I assume due to load on OSGrid's asset servers.
