I have a customer that purchased a product from my MP store. HE didn't receive it. MP shows that the purchase went through. the grid is mobius.grid. There's also no redelivery option. Help

I already replied to him via email but for future use. If people can't find their delivered items:
1) They should read: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/space ... ther+Grids
2) They should check their viewer Preferences to verify how they are handling incoming items: https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/prefer ... rivacy_tab
3) Finally, they should reset their viewer, log into their grid and look for the delivery box in their Objects and in their My Suitcase > Objects folders (they shouldn't filter results, just look for the box at the top of these folders, as they are sorted by the time items were added to the inventory).
