If the list is based on the number of visits the grids get, we shouldn't blame anybody for it since that's an objective criterium. It's not a big deal anyway since it's not at all uncommon for a grid not on the shortlist to "win". ("Win" in quotes because we have to remember this isn't actually supposed to be a contest.)
However, we need to ask ourselves why Kitely isn't on that "top 10" list anymore and what we can do to fix it!

We banned both of his Kitely users a while ago and then he started sending me threatening emails, which I ignored until he stopped (I don't feed trolls).

Please show your further support for Kitely by adding your comment in that article's comment section. We have an active community and recurring events and this is a great place to help let people from other grids learn about them.

Thanks for sharing this — I just completed the Hypergrid Business Grid survey and added Kitely under “Other.” I really appreciate what the Kitely team is building, and I agree that the survey visibility can make a real impact. Hopefully more community members jump in as well so we can get Kitely the recognition it deserves. Count me in for helping spread the word!

Sorry Cooper, I don't check forums that often. I can't recall the exact time, but it was probably around the end of Sept or very early Oct. Now whether we're still banned, I don't know. I haven't tried to go back there.
