I am LOVING that radio!!! I can't tell who actually made it but thank you to the maker, whoever it was. :D If there is one thing that has always meant "home" to me in virtuality, it is having a radio and my own music. Now I can be at home in Kitely. :D

I always find it interesting those things that just "gets us" in enjoying vws-)) The radio script is one I found opensource someplace or other in my travels. It's included stations nc is just some I like and know about-)) You can add your own.

The radio picture I just googled. There are 2 on that region, one in the freebie greenhouse and another over at the lounging deck..be well

One thing with scripts is I always leave whatever headers attribution comments are in them. I never remove any of that.

Additional information I felt I should make clear-))

I can create almost ANY terrain you want. Although I do have my stock ones for sale here:

http://store.payloadz.com/results/results.aspx?m=239383

Those are really only a few of the 100 or so I have pre-made and in my computer. The rest I just need to look at closer eventually or they are similar to others or in the same "theme" as others.

As well, I have quite a bit of experience terraforming by hand. I have probably done various bits of terraforming in multiple girds reaching into the couple of hundreds now, for folx.

And I love to do unique one-of-a-kind RAW terrains for folx....all ya gotta do is PM me here or send me an IM inworld, open a dialogue with me on what you want and we can brainstorm it. I have done terrains with up to 300 m mountains...much is possible-))

Ad to this that my price is only 15 usd [but tips are most welcome] which I think is comparable to the cookie cutter terrains sl folx offer, this is a deal.

As far as I know when you buy a terrain from the sl market, it then generates a non-automatic process where the creator gets the payment email and then sends a link to download the file.

Mine, using payloadz, is automatic. You pay for the terrain and they give you a limited time download link. The files are located on their servers. You also have several ways you can pay.

In addition, I can show my terrains in several ways in the metaverse to anyone so you can fly and walk them yourselves. This is really the very best way as pictures simply cannot properly convey the 3d aspect.

I was also asked, and volunteered to help, do terra work in the 3rd Rock Grid. I ended up cleaning up around 30 of their grid-owned regions, 2 of which are special ones they fixed up even more for ppl to enjoy-))

In closing, it is one of the basic rules of business to ask for customers. I am asking. I love to terraform and it gives me much pleasure to see ppl enjoy what I do.

Thank you for your time...be well-))

Just a small update-))

My next free oar is moving along quite nicely. This is a Steampunk oar and I think ppl are going to enjoy it, very, very much.

Some awesome content creators, who make their items freely available, have allowed me to add their items. They will all be noted in the Attribution prim which is inside the "freebie" Church on a hill-))

One can, if they wish to, drop by my working region here hypergrid.org:8002:minetherealways-75 in Metropolis.

We have plans on moving at least part of our operations to kitely when hg is enabled. In the meantime, the oars will keep coming, as time permits...be well-))

Ooooooo, lovely; I can't wait to see it! If you don't have a spare sim lying around, I am always happy to host one of your OARs for a week or so, so folks can take a look in Kitely too. :D

The Steampunk OAR is coming along very nicely. We are still doing some details stuffs and I am waiting on a response from a creator about something I wish to add, but the primary builds and stuffs are done.

I have several very cool and detailed spaceships and steampunky flying things in the air attached to simple rotation prims....this darn place will be nicely livable with some changes, or, as-is-)) As well, of course, ppl can simply add many items to their inventories...

However, on this one, most of the items are by creators who wish them not to be re-sold...which is different than my other 2 oars I gave out. However, they also say they are not going to be running around checking either. So, as with most things, it will boil down to the individuals own personal morals-))

On another note. I do still wish to sell some RAW terrains:

Steampunk Free OAR

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B6pQoew ... sp=sharing

3152 prims 504 scripts 43 mg file size

This OAR has a direct contribution of items built and placed by Sunbeam Magic.

I did the terrain and added some items I built.

Permissions allowed for content by several content creators. Some items are specifically requested not to be resold.

However, nobody is going to be looking for issues...so we all only ask the people use this in the spirit given, that of it remaining free to keep and free to give out-))

There is some amazing content in this, created with care and freely done. Many odds and ends of scripts as well. Keep in mind it is those people who did the main work here, and give it all free. I only put it together in a nice OAR. Any credit should rightfully go to them and many items have in their contents or descriptions who those ppl are.

The attribution notecard prim is in the freebie Church, please review that. If any person should complain about content it is best to be nice and simply contact the content creators themselves, directly. This avoids issues getting out of control-))

I am primarily the organizer and in charge of overall placement and design. Specific content issues should be directed to the builders themselves. As well, you may likely make a new friend-))

viewable @ my Metropolis Region

hypergrid.org:8002:minetherealways-75

And my Kitely world

http://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Min ... ays/Mineys

be well, enjoy, and most of all, have fun!!-))

Thank you, Ms Minethere, for organising and making this content available. There are some very useful vehicles and other structures here.

my pleasure, really-)) I find it relaxing creating these oars, for the most part, so I will likely continue doing them.

I think I will likely do another steampunk version next also as I have lots more content to put down and can get more if needed.

I will take a break from them for now tho and get back to creating some new terrains-))
