The Kitely avi aquired the no mod - no transfer tennis shoes in osgrid and are not available in inventory while in osgrid or in Kitely or in any other grid.
Another grid avi foriegn to osgrid acquired the same item while in osgrid and it is available in inventory while in osgrid and other grids however not in Kitely as it is no mod - no transfer. I think not available in Kitely however I will have to check if that is true or not.

tried with an ital avi, this avi account is able to hg to osgrid, littlefield and other grids, wear the item (tennis shoes) acquired in osgrid and wear upon return to home grid. I tried to get this account to kitely but got error message "name unknown" or something like that and hg tp failed twice to different regions in Kitely.
So what i posted above was not true as this avi never made it to Kitely with the shoes.

Did you enter the Hypergrid address for the Kitely world you were trying to teleport back into from the other grid?

yes, entered the Kitely hg address for two locations and recieved the message "name unknown" - The map shoes the Kitely worlds requested for hg on the big map, when clicking on the map and tp had begun is when the message came so I assumed it referenced the avi not the location.
I hg tp'd to osgrid and tried again from there with same result.
With osgrid avi hg tp's to Kitely work perfectly.

Please open the grid map while outside Kitely and enter this Hypergrid address:

grid.kitely.com:8002:Kitely Welcome Center

Then press the Teleport button and, if it doesn't succeed, upload a screenshot of the error message you get.

error message says...
"Teleport failed.
The name "Unkown" is reserved. Please choose a different name.

Can you please upload the full screen version of that image, this one is hard to make out

maybe this, sorry i don't understand how to upload larger cleaner image - limit on file size - what is an appropriate pixel size?

Please try saving the full screenshot as a JPG file instead of a PNG file, that will save it as a smaller file size.
