Incidentally, worth pointing out that this version is a few months old and, if I'm not mistaken, the author has changed a few things since, including the syntax for the chat-based NPC control. Perhaps more interestingly a chat-based menu system has been added.

I tried the sensor "switch" on the NPC recorder, which rezzes/spawns the NPc when an avatar arrives in the sim... and then I found out... surprise surprise, deletes the NPC when the avatar gets near.... only to re-spawn when I walk away... that's neat.
