can't connect to my grid

well i just retried the verification thing in the store and it worked and i got my order. not sure what changed except i did check the show in search box on my ingame profile. maybe that was the problem?

We removed your old grid's information from our system so the avatar UUID you use on your new grid could be reassigned to it.
