That worked, and both avatars can now enter the Apps region. Thanks, Ilan - what was happening?

I spoke too soon. Now I get the same error trying to get to John's Lab from Apps.

We restarted the server that runs ROBUST and we could now enter both of your worlds. Please try doing it yourself again now.

RezMela Apps logged into the Welcome Center but was unable to TP to the Apps or John's Lab regions, with the same error as above.

EDIT: I see you're still working on it. I'll leave alone until that's done.

Thank you, you're right, we're still looking into it. In the meantime I suggest you log into Kitely by clicking the Kitely Welcome Center link in our viewer login page so that you'll at least arrive inworld if logging into your world fails.

Login into Welcome center does not help because you still need to teleport to your region afterwards.

Update: It looks like the issue is limited to teleport attempts so the current workaround if a teleport fails is to log in directly into a world instead of teleporting into it.

Please follow these steps:

1) Find the world name in the Explore Worlds page and click it in order to open that world's World Page.

2) Press the Enter World button on that World Page.

3) Restart your viewer then press its Login button.

4) If you arrive in a Transfer Station then that means that the world is currently offline. Wait for the teleport to complete or to get the message that the teleport has failed.

5) If you got a message that the teleport has failed then go back to Step 1 and repeat the process. The world should already be active at that point so you'll be logged into it directly, thus bypassing the teleport issue.

We've temporarily increased the idle world timeout to 15 minutes to give you time to use this process if a teleport fails.

We're currently suspecting a Linux kernel update to be the cause of this new issue and are working on rolling back to using an earlier version. We'll update this thread with a progress report once we have additional information.

These steps worked to allow entry to my world.

I tried the workaround and it is not working either. I can't access my sim at all, but I want to thank llan and his team for all they are doing tp fix the problem.

Please make sure to repeat the steps (as explained above) if you get the teleport error while in the Kitely Transfer Station.

If the viewer's Login button is disabled then set it to Last Location before pressing the Enter World button.
