Are you able to login to Kitely using that account but using a different viewer? (Singularity for example)

Singularity for Mac has been discontinued...but I will try now.

OK just looked - the release version of Singularity, which hasn't been updated for a while will take 2 hours to download - my connection is fast - theirs must be a tiny dribble.

If anyone can give me an actual working link for Singularity for Mac - happy to try it but the one on their page aint it.

It is not urgent that I get in today (but obviously need to get in eventually)

I can try deleting your current outfit if you're willing (I can't just remove it). That may help in some pathological error scenarios, but it will result with a loss of those items if you don't have other copies of them.

I'm a Dwagon so I'll ask the goofy questions: are you absolutely 110% sure you're using the right password? I know that sounds ridiculous, but a mis-remembered password once caused me a bit of trouble until I figured out what I was doing wrong.
