Yes, OARs and IARs both perfectly preserve the original content exactly as it was made with all components and materials intact. I have both an OAR and an IAR from that region. I would love to do an IAR download to my Kitely avatar, but I don't think Kitely does those.
I suggest renting a Kitely World towards the end of the month and loading the OAR. Take the items you need into inventory, then delete the world before the end of the month. That will get the items into Kitely for just a few dollars expense (it’ll be under $10 if you rent a Starter World at this point) that you will be able to recoup by sales in Kitely Market.
