Hi Ann,

Your inventory had two root directories for some (yet unknown) reason which caused the market delivery to fail. We fixed the configuration problem and redelivered your bought items to your inventory. You should now be able to see them

BTW, after we fixed the problem in your inventory we checked whether other people had this type of multiple root directory setup as well. Only 17 other people (of over 13,300 registered Kitely users) had such a weird configuration which explains why we didn't encounter it during the extensive testing we did prior to opening the marketplace to buyers. We'll fix their inventories and write code to prevent this problem form reoccurring.

The thought occurred to me that it would be nice to have some entry statistics report available to our products.

So we could gauge traffic and maybe see if there is some way to increase it....just a thought as feedback was requested.

Statistics are one of the planned future features (please keep making suggestions, we'd like to know people's priorities and ideas)

Looks great! So far, so good for the most part. I just tried to deliver a newly made package to myself and got "internal error". So I guess that product didn't work for some reason! Is their a limit to how much stuff can be included in one packaged item? This is a large collection of shirts and templates.

Steven, I see the error in our logs. It looks like somewhere in your item there's a reference to an invalid asset, but I can't tell from the logs exactly which one it is. We're working on making it easier to find such problems, so you may want to wait with this product until this capability is in place. Or if you want to fix this sooner then you could try to upload only 5-10 items each time and Test delivery, in order to narrow down which one is causing the problem.
