Hello all,

My name is Amiryu Hosoi and I think some of you know me from SL. I used to run 6 Edo Japanese themed RPG sims and a big Japanese market. Because of the recession I had to close down in december 2012. I still use SL and Open Sim as a tool to design for my real life company My Oriental Garden. Because I missed you all to much I recently started to build again and even opened a small shop in SL. Some time agoo I joined Kitely but didn't think the time was right to start building yet. I checked out Kitely again last week and decided to bring my content to OpenSim. As from yesterday I started to import some buildings and also started to work on the Kitely Marketplace.

Yesterday I listed my first Samurai Outfit. In the comming weeks I will list more and more. It is a lot of work however so, please keep your patience. Because content is for you to enjoy I would like to ask you to check out SL marketplace and tell me what products or ranges I should list first on Kitely Marketplace. Just reply here with your wishes.

For ppl who like I have a link to my old blog that, maybe will come alive again;-) http://hosoi-ichiba.blogspot.nl

For pp who like to visit my region where I recently host design for a real life project please look for Hosoi Mura

Greetings everyone,

Ami

Welcome, Ami, and thanks for inviting requests for which items to bring to the Kitely Market first.

To help keep track of this I've set up a thread for requests in the forum Wanted section: Requests for Hosoi Ichiba items

You'll see there are a few things I'll keep an eye out for!

Hello : )
My name is Clocktower Fiend.

I used to play SL a bit but never really did anything serious with it.
For a while I used to build obsessively in Secondlife on sandboxes.
I would just kind of explore sometimes too.

I never really saw a reason to try to stay though.
I couldnt really find a place to fit in for one thing.
The uploads were expensive and the land was expensive to such an extreme that I wondered how or why anyone would afford it.

I've watched the Opensim project since... well about since I joined Secondlife 5 years ago.
Occasionally I load it up and experiment with it for fun. Its nice because unlike SL i know I can bring my little bro and sis in to build with me.

NOW i think it has matured enough to really be worth joining a grid. : ) Lots of options.

As for who i am personally...
-i am consistently called 'strange' and 'original' (i might take getting used to)
-I am a gentleman
-I am very honest (not rude, just honest)
-I rant a bit to relieve stress and entertain others.
-I love to critique and am regularly asked for them
-i love building and learning. In SL for example I can do models, textures, sounds, scripting, and animation.
-I can be very serious and aggressive.. or totally nonsensical and silly. Can change on a dime.
-I can have a very morbid sense of humor and find 'adult' humor to be very childish.

As for music I listen to classical, metal, and electronic mostly.

I want to make entertaining and original places...
I love abstract, horror, scifi, steampunk... and dreary things.

ON SECONFLIFE loved the Third World Story Hunters grid, New Delphi, Da Vinci Gardens, and this secret garden sim..
(artistically)

Look forward to working with you people in the future. : ) build build build.
If you want to talk to me it will have to be ingame OR.
-google+ metropolis group
-google+ Opensim Virtual
-Opensim City

See ya : )

You have to be the most important person on the metaverse XD The most responsive and helpful person around so far.
I really can't thank you enough.

Getting people INTO opensim is very important. XD
I mean, how will anything get built if noone even gets through figuring out how to set things up? : )
That's why I appreciate this so much- you've answered nearly all my questions and promptly.
I didnt have to get frustrated and scour obscure forums for answers.
I mean, personally I would have gotten it all done regardless.
BUT.
If someone with less patience... especially without help... may have left. costing opensim a user.

Well, ty-))

I agree it can be difficult, and many try and go back to sl. It is a problem without good answers as folx get busy doing their own things so often.

You are on your way tho it sounds like-))
