Nope, no sign of any shirt or jacket textures. I confirmed this by displaying my avatar textures. Nothing for the shirt or the upper or lower jacket textures.
Somehow the shirt/jacket textures seem to be excluded when the package is exported to another grid. I tested this is both grids, BTW.

Please try login into those grids with a viewer that you don't usually use to access them and check if that made any difference.

Also, please try using Singularity, as some have reported that can help resolve similar problems.

I tried both grids with Singularity with the same results. The browser can see and display the textures that I upload to the grid directly, but can't see
the textures from the package delivered from Kitely MP.

Oddly, in the case of HG-delivered jackets the lower jacket texture is listed as the correct size (512x512) even though it doesn't display on the avatar or
in the Shirt Edit screens. But the upper jacket texture or shirt texture doesn't display and shows as 64x64 in the edit screen, when in fact that texture
is 1024x1024. When it comes to textures I've uploaded directly, it displays on the avatar and shows the correct size (1024x1024) of the texture in the
edit screen.

Can you please uninstall Singularity, reinstall it and see if items previously delivered and unedited by you continue to exhibit problems (I want to rule out viewer caching problems).

I uninstalled Singularity and replaced it with the latest 64-bit version. Same results.

ok, I tested 2 tatts from oopsee to Metropolis.

I have my limits on what I will do in this, so I will not install other viewers or do more than just report what happens using the Astra viewer.

In Metro they turned my face white. I tried both of them. I cleared cache and relogged, same thing. I took it off and then added it again.

I then bought one of them for my kitely avie, and no problems.

One thing I would like to see is not having the necessity to be logged in to get the Kitely IM...it would be nice, in the future, if I could just order something and the IM be waiting for when I decide to go inworld as it is with Kitely.
