I have been trying all the suggestions in this forum and no luck .... I know that things make it to Avatarlife because Angel Avatarlife gets things, but I can't get to even having the notecard sent because it constantly says I don't exist on the grid. So does anyone know where I go from here?

What is the name of the avatar you're trying to deliver items to?

Sorry ... I would have responded sooner but I got called away. My Avatars name is Iona Shea that is with the space and I tried it with and without the capitalization.... however, I don't know anything about a number for my avatar?????

Our system isn't aware of any avatar named Iona Shea. To be clear you're trying to deliver an order to an avatar that belongs to a different grid, yes? Please teleport with that avatar into the Kitely Welcome Center and let me know once that's done so I'll be able to see which avatar you're trying to send the order to.

I am not quite sure how to go about that ... I am not a member on Kitely .... I was just given the address to this website and until I got here ... I didn't know it was a grid as well. I had thought that signing up at the market took care of being a member ... is it to be different accounts ??? market vs. inworld ... ? I am so lost.

You can enter that address into the world map in your grid to teleport with your avatar into Kitely.

I am in Avatarlife .... when I bring up that world map ... there is no place to plug in a grid ... only regions

Paste the following address into the world map (copy/paste it without the quotation marks): "grid.kitely.com:8002:Kitely Welcome Center"
