Please log in with the alt account you created then open Firestorm > Viewer > Preferences > Network & Files > Directories and click both the Clear Cache and Clear Viewer Inventory cache buttons. Once that's done restart the viewer enter the login information for your main account, click the Kitely Welcome Center link in the viewer login page and then press the viewer Login button.

did that and no....Arton can't log in to the Welcome Centre from the link

I logged my alt in again. My alt can see that Arton is Online - and yet she isn't.Her profile says she is online but when I send her an im it tells me she isn't
Anyway Singularity just finished its 2 hour download so goong to see if arton can log in with singulairity

Okay, we'll look into it, maybe the user is ghosted in OpenSim and requires us to disconnect it to solve this issue (our own system doesn't see it as connected).

ok that sounds like a good idea...
I could not log in with singularity - same prob.
