Minethere,
That sounds like a great idea. Let me think a little longer about dates, venues, etc. I'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for volunteering your efforts!

oh, sorry for the misunderstanding, my fault, of course...
I was not offering my help as I have stated in several ways here and there, I simply cannot do such things anymore.
My last event I helped with in much of any regard, and it WAS my last, after doing hundreds in my time in VR, was the Mystery I was helping my bud Sarge with and DD. And I could not have done it if not for having a good rapport and communication with Sarge via other places, and him taking on most of the task of setting it all up with Torben.
What I WAS doing, and worded it badly, it seems, is offering those names of Performers so OTHERS will know they have accounts here and could be contacted by whomever wishes to ask them if they will Perform for them.
I suppose it is better to say that I could put a bug in Russell's ear, but I never push Performers [it is not a good idea...lol], and Russ is very busy already...and it would take others to help him get settled here.
However, it would be best to simply contact those in, and settled, already.
You would need someone to coordinate with them who, hopefully, has some experience running events. However, both are Pros and would help get what they need, if they agreed.
I am more into making connections nowadays [mostly via private means], and promoting a very few things in a free spirit kinda way...I cannot any longer oblige myself to things.
So, I was leaving it to others, really....regards

Minethere, thank you for the clarification.
Anyone interested in helping to arrange, prepare, set-up for an end-of-hunt party/get-together, please contact me. As with the Hunt itself, the degree of what is done depends on how many people are willing to pitch in and do something. If you think it might be fun, give me a shout. Thanks!

Update for World Owners. 30 different people have visited the April Hunt LAUNCH POINT world since April 1st.
It will be beneficial to continue to notify and remind customers and group members about the April Hunt.

Does anyone have any ideas about how we could further advertise the April Hunt?

The latest updated world board is now available on the hunt setup world.
This is an optional update with the new click -> link to the personalised hunt web page showing which eggs you have collected where.
A working copy is on
Computer Plaza

Can you be a little more specific about the location of the board? There are a couple of operating copies
of the board available on the startup world, but no place I could find where I could get a copy to rez on my world.

Okay, my bad. I went to the Startup point, also known as the Launch Point, not the Setup Group.
To quote the great philosopher, Rosanne Rosanadanna, "Nevermind."
