Seem to have two avatars

I've had a Kitley account for nearly 2 years, but I recently tried to login using the info I had on-hand, which did not work. Your site seemed to want me to use a Facebook account which I tried. When I logged in, I had my avatar name with "_2" appended to the end. The two avatars have different 'rez' dates and it seems like I now have two avatars in-world, which is not something I want. Can you clear up this confusion?

Hi Balthazar,
You have two accounts, one using a @me.com address created on 2012-09-09 and another using a @mac.com address create on 2012-02-22. Both are connected to Facebook accounts but different ones.
It seems you used both these options in the past. The avatar with "_2" also has a world set up.
Do you want us to delete the old account and rename the new one to not have the "_2"?

This same thing has happened to me with my Fuschia Nightfire account, Ilan, could you please do the same for me, so that I only have one account with the main title?

Hello, Ilan! I used this "alt" account to help with a photoshoot a while ago. Is there any way to delete it or some such? Here's the thing... I'd like to use this email address that is linked to this account for a Kitely account...but with a name other than this one. This one is a mouthful.
It's my fault, since I typed it in, but I am regretting the name. I could not see a way to delete an account from the user end, so thought I'd ask here.

Hi Ricardo,
You created a Kitely Market store with the new avatar. Deleting that avatar will result in the deletion of that store as well. Please confirm that that is what you want.
