permissions on the Building Dialogue Box

In the Building Dialogue Box, under the General Tab, there used to be information on what I permissions I have myself on the object in-hand in-world. This information seems to have disappeared. Can anyone tell me where to find this in the Building Dialogue box? or how to get the info to come back there?

I realize I can see permissions for objects when they are in my inventory. But sometimes I need to inspect MY permissions of my objects of prims IN-WORLD, not from in the inventory. I'm at a loss. Help is appreciated if you are in-the-know.
