We were thrilled tonight in that we had half dozen guests in Kitely AND another half dozen folks attending via simulcast in our Second Life library! From a standing start we feel this is a terrific attendance. Thank you to our guests in both worlds for spending a part of your evening with us!

In SL we do at least one unique show each day Mon - Wed, 2 or 3 on Thursdays, 1 or 2 on Sundays, and other various special events at different venues. Our audience is typically 10 to 20ish. Occasionally attendance approaches 30, with a high water mark of 90 folks at a single event. Of course overall populations in SL exceed Kitely population at the moment, which makes it even more rewarding to us that folks are attending our shows in Kitely. And we really feel we're doing our best to bring in new folks to Kitely.

We're still learning some valuable things about our very different venues here in Kitely, and working through some different challenges. Once we do get things smoothed out, then we'll start making plans for our actual Grand Opening here.

In the meantime, we're encouraging folks to spread the word about us to all grids, to come to our stories, visit our worlds, play at various activities our worlds offer (like hiking, surfing, ice skating, etc), themed shopping, and just general exploring as we work to improve the experiences we offer.

I am sooooo bummed that I missed this. I really AM getting old; I was asleep at 10 pm. Dang.

Well my dear... if you are 'getting' old.. then I will prepare a bench for you to sit next to me when you get here... cuz I got old a loooooong time ago!!
Actually, this coming Friday we are planning to have the story session at 6pm PT instead of 7pm.... that still won't help my dear friend Miney or folx in her timezone much, but maybe will be better for some...
Next Friday stories will be "STORIES from the SHADOWS" presented by Edgar Allan Poe!
