hello,
i made a bunch of avatars under my gmail account like i saw you can do here:

but once i got them verified through my email i cant get them logged into the kitely grid. i have my main account working the one i just set up (the parent account). but every time i try to sign on another of the avatars it says:

"Login Failed. Incomplete login credentials. Check your username and password."

i have tried going back into the sub accounts on the kitely website and changing the passwords, but it doesnt work. please let me know as soon as possible how to get the avatars working i need them to work for a class that i am teaching ASAP!

Please send me the user name and email of one such user account.

Are you able to login into the Kitely website with that user? What do you mean by changing passwords doesn't work? Is it not letting you change passwords?

Is the problem just with login into the Kitely grid or to the website as well?

Did you click the link in the verification email that we sent you when you created that account?
