So, I'm trying to tp to hg.ngrid.org:8002 and I keep getting this error:

Could not teleport.
Unable to verify identity.

This is with a premium account. I try again with another non-premium account and it works but I really need this working with my premium account AV.
Any suggestions on what I should do to diagnose/fix this?

Are you able to teleport with your premium account to another hypergrid destination?

Interesting, yes I was able to HG elsewhere. Further investigation seemed to show that an AV that has never visited NGrid before is not able to HG to it. Only the two AVs that have been there before are now able to HG there now. The issue seems to be with NGrid itself. I'll send them a note tomorrow about it.
