TIP: If students have trouble logging-in...

Sometimes students (and people generally) for one reason or another try registering multiple times and then wonder why they can't login via the viewer even though they can get to their Kitely web page and the expected avatar name is displayed. Go to|Settings and looking at the viewer settings, however, will often show that their avatar name has been registered multiple times and has a last name with _2 (or more) appended. Use that name for logging-in.
