setting up an OAR on a sim instead of a region

Hi, I have a mega region (4x4), I took it out of advanced to see if I could upload this OAR, but I'm slightly confused if it will devour the entire region or just a specific sim, and if I can set it on a specific sim, how would I do that?

How big is your OAR? In other words, how many regions does it cover?
If you want to place a small OAR in a bigger world, try the following:
- Create a new world the same size as the OAR, and upload the OAR at the same time.
- Click the Manage button or link, then the Change World Size link on the Basic tab.
- Choose the new size from the drop-down menu.
- Use the arrows to move the current smaller world into the position you want it to be in the larger world.
- Click the Resize button.
