Missed Delivery or failed?

Hello, I bought couple things for someone, and they either misplaced it or it was delivered with only a card and teleport link. 1000018903995 was the order number. Can they be delivered to the same person?

Hi General,

The orders were delivered in full the first time but, as per your request, we've now resent them. Please ask the recipient to log into their grid then click the links in the IMs our system just sent them to complete the delivery process.
