Ironic

Post by Michael Timeless »

Normally I use Kitely Market for other grids with no problem. Tonight I screwed up and sent 8 Items to the wrong grid instead of Kitely. I won't log into the other grid until I can straighten this out on the assumption that as long as I don't log into that grid the items can't be delivered. Ironically I sent them to Discovery Grid where everyone else is having a problem and for once I hope I have one. :)

What Kitely Marker order number are you referring to Michael?

Thank you Michael.

FYI to those reading this thread, Michael and I continued corresponding about his request privately until the issue was resolved.

Let me add to that...

Ilan stayed up well past both of our bedtimes. He made sure that the transaction was completed to the correct avatar and then issued a refund to the account based on MY MISTAKE. When it comes to customer service it doesn't get much better than that folks. I have the pleasure of working for an airline that is called the LUV Airline, known for its Customer Service. Ilan would be an outstanding manager there as well as here. I, not Ilan, should have followed up to let everyone know this error on my part was fixed.

Another Irony is that I fly a lot and sleep very little. Yet, every time I've had a middle of the night issue Ilan has been available to fix it, despite the 8 hour time difference between his home (Israel and mine, just outside Chicago). Are we sure he's human and not an Avatar? :D

Ilan is the best. He has also been incredibly helpful to me whenever I needed it.
