MARKETPLACE ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

I have never had any problems with Kitely deliveries before, but now I really don't know where things are being delivered for me.
I have looked everywhere for the items I purchased from you recently - in Great Canadian Grid where I live; also Discovery, and DigiWorldz and I can't find them anywhere.
The order numbers are 1000049719962
and 1000050016458, so would you please check and definitely deliver them to GREAT CANADIAN GRID.

Hi Ladyheart,

Please look at your product orders, they list where they were sent to, and whether the delivery process has been completed.

You'll note that https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000049719962 was sent to Ladyheart Janick @ Great Canadian Grid but that the delivery process hasn't been completed yet because you didn't log into GCG with that avatar and click the link in the IM our system sent you. Please login to that grid now then click the Resend IM link in the product order page. Once you receive that IM click the link it contains to complete the delivery process.

Next please note that https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000050016458 was delivered to your Kitely avatar because you set the Deliver To setting in your Kitely Market shopping cart to "My Kitely Avatar". As per your request, we've now changed the order to be delivered to your GCG avatar. Please log into that grid with your avatar and follow the aforementioned instructions for completing the delivery of this order.

Please remember, you have to make sure to verify that the Deliver To setting is set to your desired grid and avatar before you complete each order (just like you'd verify the shipping address when ordering from an online store to a realworld location).
