I bought a GameKit v.2.2.101 and Quiz-O-Matic with transfer permissions but it says my avatar Tainted Angel doesn't exist on the Neverworld grid. I would like to have them redelivered to my avatar on Neverworld grid http://hg.neverworldgrid.com:8002 . I even tried to repurchase it, but it said my Avatar Doesn't exist. Can you help me with this? I don't see a way for redelivery either.

Hi Tainted Angel,

The Kitely Market order you mentioned (https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000054877944) was delivered to your Kitely avatar Tainted Angel. To buy items for delivery to avatars that belong to other grids you need to set the Deliver To setting in your Kitely Market shopping cart to Other Avatar then enter the appropriate information. If you're trying to give an item from your Kitely avatar to a different avatar then I suggest you teleport with that other avatar to the Kitely Welcome Center then login with your Kitely avatar to the same location and transfer the item inworld.
